Is SecSeats.com the official box office?
SecSeats.com is an independent secondary ticket marketplace. We are NOT affiliated with Ticketmaster, any teams, performers, or venues.
Is Sec Seats legitimate website?

How is the ticket price determined? Why is the price I paid higher/lower than the price shown on my ticket?
All inventory is priced according to the current market value, not the original "face value." For this reason, the price listed on SecSeats.com will often be higher or lower than the price marked on the ticket.
There are no seat numbers listed on the website. Will my tickets be next to each other?
All seats are side-by-side unless noted otherwise.
Will my tickets arrive before the event?
All ticket orders are guaranteed to be delivered in time for the event once a ticket order is confirmed. In most cases, tickets are delivered far in advance of the event. Our website provides a guaranteed "ship by date." The "ship by date" is the latest date for our licensed seller to ship your order.
What if my tickets are lost or stolen?
SecSeats.com is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Our Terms and Conditions state that tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances. Once tickets are delivered to the customer, they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
I received my tickets and the name on the ticket is different from mine. Did I receive the wrong tickets? Are these tickets still valid?
SecSeats.com is a secondary ticket marketplace. The tickets are listed by professional ticket resellers who have purchased the tickets using their own information. The name on the ticket is the name of the original purchaser. All tickets purchased through SecSeats.com are valid and authentic and backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee.
Can I cancel my order for any reason at a later date?
The terms and conditions for SecSeats.com state that all sales are final.
Can I ship my tickets to a P.O. Box?
No. SecSeats.com uses FedEx to deliver all ticket orders and FedEx does not deliver to a P.O. Box. You must use a regular address for your shipping address on all orders.
I selected FedEx 2-day delivery but have not received my tickets? Why weren't they received 2 days later.
Please note, when you place your order for a future event there will be an ON HAND date listed for the tickets. You can expect your tickets to arrive two days from the on hand date at the latest. All tickets listed for sale at this time may not be currently available and ready to ship.
Why did I receive printed E-tickets in my FedEx delivery package? Why weren't they emailed?
While we encourage all sellers on our website to designate their inventory as E-Tickets or hard tickets, not all sellers provide that information with their listings. For this reason, if you select standard shipping the tickets will be shipped to you regardless of their being a printed ticket or hard ticket. Tickets that are designated as E-tickets at the time of sale will be sent to you electronically. E-tickets are valid for entry and are backed by our 100% Buyer Guarantee.
When and how will my tickets be shipped?
Ticket shipment varies depending on the event. The latest possible date of shipment is the on hand date. Our tickets are traditionally shipped via FedEx with Signature Confirmation to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. We offer "Express" or Overnight Shipping and "Standard" or 2 to 3 day shipping options for our buyers. Additionally, we offer E-Ticket transfers when available.
Our staff at SecSeats.com understands that many people are concerned about receiving their tickets; therefore, we place extra emphasis to keep you informed of shipping status. Our advanced tracking system automatically emails you once a FedEx label is created and your tickets are being shipped, allowing you to track your order from our office all the way to you!
